Car Pickup Procedure

We have arranged free pick-up at the airport /port upon arrival. When you come to our office,you only need to show you unexpired driver's license and we will quickly prepare all the documents for you and complete the pick-up procedures.

Return the vehicle

After use, please return the vehicle within the time specified in the contract. We will conduct a simple inspection of the vehicle, ask you to sign, complete the lease, and return the deposit.

Frequently asked questions

How commissions are paid?

You can pay the deposit by credit card, debit card or the payment method used when booking online. If you come to the office to pay for the rental days, you are required to pay in cash because the bank will deduct 10%, so you are required to pay in cash. For customers who pay in cash as required, we will bear the cost of paying the deposit online. For customers who insist on paying with bank cards, you will need to bear 10% of the cost. Customers can make their own choice. We respect your choice and hope to have a pleasant cooperation with you.

Is insurance provided?

Yes,we provided our company's agreement insurance for each rental vehicle. You onlyneed to pay $20 per day for full tire insurance. If the car is scratched or slightly hit, you only need to pay 50% of the loss. You can also choose to purchase additional full insurance for more comprehensive protection. You can also choose not to buy, everything can be paid in full

Can i change my reservation?

Yes, just contract us within 48 hours before your rental starts and we will help you change your reservation.

Car wash service?

Our company policy is that you only need to pay a car wash fee of $20. Customers are not allowed to clean the car, You only need to fill up the gas.
